Sweepstakes Prize(s): Weekly Grand Prizes: Each will consist of one (1) trip for one person to give shoes to children in need with the Sponsor in a location and a during a time to be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion (each trip, a “Grand Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, each winner will receive one Grand Prize and in no event will any winner be entitled to receive multiple Grand Prizes. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for an entire Grand Prize is $3,500 USD. A Grand Prize includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation from the closest major airport to the winner’s home address (determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) and lodging in multiple locations in which the trip is to occur, as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
If the winner of a Grand Prize is a minor in his or her state of residence at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes (a “Minor Winner”), in addition to a Grand Prize, such winner will also be awarded one (1) Parent’s Trip (as defined herein), which will consist of one (1) trip for one person to accompany a Minor Winner on the Grand Prize. A Parent’s Trip includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation from the closest major airport to the winner’s home address (determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) and lodging in multiple locations in which the Grand Prize is to occur, as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion (each trip, a “Parent’s Trip”). For the avoidance of doubt, each Minor Winner, in addition to one Grand Prize, will be awarded a Parent’s Trip, and in no event will any Minor Winner be entitled to receive more than one Grand Prize and one Parent’s Trip total over the Term of the Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner is a Minor Winner, a condition of such winner’s acceptance of and participation in the Grand Prize is that he or she must also accept the Parent’s Trip and be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian on the Grand Prize. A Minor Winner and his or her parent or legal guardian must travel and lodge together and on the same itinerary and once the parent or legal guardian is selected to accompany the Minor Winner, he or she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. For the further avoidance of doubt, no Minor Winner may accept the Parent’s Trip without accepting the Grand Prize, or accept the Grand Prize without accepting the Parent’s Trip. The ARV for an entire Parent’s Trip is $3,000 USD, and the ARV for an entire Grand Prize plus an entire Parent’s Trip is $7,000 USD.
