Win a Home Solar Electric System
Sweepstakes Prize(s): One (1) Grand Prize: (only one of the following shall be awarded):
(A) If Grand Prize winner did not purchase a Real Goods Home Solar Electric System during the Sweepstakes Period, the winner will receive one Home Solar Electric System from Real Goods up to four kilowatts DC with standard roof installation included; ARV: up to $25,000.00). Includes a site analysis of your home by Sponsor and the design and installation of the System, all at dates and times convenient to winner. Winner is responsible for cost of the System above four kilowatts DC and for costs associated with installation beyond standard roof installation.
OR
(B) If Grand Prize winner purchased a Real Goods or Alteris Home Solar Electric System during Sweepstakes Period, winner will receive a one-time cash payment equal to the ARV of the System purchased by winner (ARV: up to $25,000.00). Winner will remain responsible for cost of System above four kilowatts and for costs associated with installation beyond standard roof installation.
OR
(C) If Grand Prize winner purchased a Real Goods or Alteris Home Solar Electric System during Sweepstakes Period and winner has a lease or finance contract with one of Sponsor’s third-party financing partners, winner will receive a one-time cash payment equal to the ARV of the System purchased by winner (ARV: up to $25,000.00). Winner will remain responsible for cost of System above four kilowatts and for costs associated with installation beyond standard roof installation. Any winner that is under a lease or finance contract with one of Sponsor’s third-party financing partners will be responsible for any interest charges, late payments or other amount(s) due under the applicable lease or finance contract.
