Prize(s): One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a (4) day/ (3) night trip for (2) to the 2011 NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles, California. The trip shall include the following: round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Los Angeles, California-area airport for Grand Prize Winner and (1) guest.

If Grand Prize Winner resides in Los Angeles, California, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize; round-trip airport transfers between the airport and a Los Angeles-area hotel as selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion; (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsors) for Grand Prize Winner and (1) guest for three (3) nights; (2) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Jam Session; (2) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Friday Night; (2) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Saturday Night; and (2) tickets to the 2011 NBA All-Star Game. ARV: $9,000.

(5) First Prizes: Winners will each receive (2) tickets to a 2010-2011 NBA Regular Season game in a city selected by Sponsors in 2010 or 2011; and (1) autographed Spalding basketball. ARV: $300 each.

(15) Second Prizes: Winners will each receive (1) NBA gift bag that includes (1) NBA team jersey, (1) hat and (1) water bottle. ARV: $100 each.

Total ARV for all prizes: $12,000.
