Sweepstakes Prize(s): One (1) Grand Prize: a four-day/three-night trip for winner and one guest to the 2012 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, from November 16, 2012 through November 18, 2012. Trip includes hotel accommodations for three nights at the Hilton Austin (one standard room, double occupancy); round-trip coach airfare for two from major airport closest to winner’s residence offering direct flights to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport; ground transportation for two to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Hilton Austin; daily ground transportation to and from race track and Hilton Austin for two; two VIP Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Paddock Club tickets to the Grand Prix; one Vodafone McLaren Mercedes shirt signed by VMM drivers for the winner; and (100,000) HHonors points to be awarded to the winner. As part of the Grand Prize, Sponsor will provide winner $5,841 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. Should the Grand Prize winner’s income taxes be higher than the $5,841, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $5,841. ARV of Prize: $23,541 USD.
