In addition, a baseball or softball field makeover will be awarded to Field Makeover Prize Winner’s designated local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization consisting of Scotts products and other products and services (to be designated by GM in its sole and absolute discretion) with a total value not to exceed $20,000. Field makeover will be awarded to the designated local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization at GM’s discretion based upon consultation with field refurbishment experts (as designated by GM in its sole and absolute discretion) and an authorized representative of the local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization. ARV of each Field Makeover portion of the Prize not to exceed $20,000 each. Field Makeover Prize is subject to applicable laws, rules, regulations and approval(s) of the applicable jurisdiction(s) and authorities. Each local municipality or baseball or softball non-profit organization will be responsible for complying with all such laws, rules and regulations and obtaining the necessary approvals of the applicable jurisdiction(s) and authorities.
