i always watch your show on direct t.v channel 230 and i love it. the only thing i don’t understand is why you dont work on moblie homes we live in a 1989 moblie home and it needs a lot of repairs and with my husband and i on disabilty we can’t aford to get the up grades it needs our kitchen is so bad i have plywood patching floor in front of sink and would love to change floor plan to my liking i’ve always wanted granet counter tops and a deep enamal sin and stainless steel appliances but i know it a dream and it will never be done cuz we dont have that kind of budget. and the whole trailor is in need of up grades .but i thank you so much for letting me see the awsome work you do on beautiful homes i could only dream about . thank you again sandy pelfrey 68519 sweet lake road sturgis michigan 49091

Hey Sandy, surely you come here daily to enter right. How far are you from Flint, Michigan? That is where I was raised. My mother, father, etc., all still live there. I sure don’t miss the snow, but in the spring/summer Michigan is beautiful, perhaps as beatiful as the “Hill Country” where I am presently, Kingsland, Texas, about 40 minutes northwest of Austin. I have a friend in Detroit who comes here to Kingsland as a winter Texan. She invested her money here in rental propertyyears ago and lives in Detroit, travels back and forth. At the time of investing she could get more for her $$$ here, but now it might be reversed due to the economy there. but….as my statement above…..”all things in preparation for our future…..” Statements as such are easy to believe in when things are going well, its the hard times that truly tests our heart. Enough of the Joyce Meyer in me right….. Baking cookies and watering the lawn so got to run. if i win this money it will go twords a down payment for our first house. Randy and I have been married for 32 years, raised two daughters, helped one to get through nursing school and are now actively involved with the lives of three grandchildren. We have been taken advantaged of several times in “owner fianced” deals which has made us very leary as far as purching. One such incident was we had lived in a place for 6 years paid the taxes, maintaince, repairs, replaced the ac unit and dishwasher,built a large deck in the back yard, and then the owner ( a trusted freind) moved back to town and gave us 30 days to find a place to live. We lost all that we had invested in that property. Our dream is to have a home of our own.
please let my family win this money. our house needs some serious TLC. the owner of our home only wants 70,000,(if show up with even 60,000 he’ll let us buy the house),for the house and if we can buy this house then we can fix it to where there are no cracks letting the outside in, and we can finally make our home actually function, and replace all of the broken or damaged appliances and cabinets, etc. my family has been through a VERY hard time due to the economy and this money would mean security and peace of mind for us. so pleas let my family, we would be so grateful ! this woild be the first place we could actually call home. so good luck to everyone.
