Sweepstakes Prize(s): One (1) Grand Prize: a flyaway trip for two for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest to attend the Austin City Limits Festival. The trip shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Austin, TX. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event; (ii) three nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sweepstakes Entities choice, in or around Austin, TX for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two general admission passes to the Austin City Limits Festival; and (iv) a side-stage viewing opportunity of the Avett Brothers performance. ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,600.00.
