Sweepstakes Prize(s): One (1) Grand Prize: $2,000, awarded in the form of a check (to be provided by administrator), for airfare and other miscellaneous expenses, a (4)-day/(3)-night Luxury Included stay for (2) adults and (2) children 15 and under to any of the three Beaches Resorts located in Jamaica or Turks & Caicos. These Beaches Resorts include: Beaches Negril Resort & Spa – Negril, Jamaica; Beaches Boscobel Resort & Golf Club – Ocho Rios, Jamaica; and Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa – Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. Beaches Resorts is a Luxury Included® resort destination. Therefore the provided prize will include deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily & nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfers to and from the resort designated airport.
Travel portion of prize must be redeemed for travel within one year from the promotional end date (January 8, 2013 – January 8, 2014). Travel portion of prize and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All costs, expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated herein as being awarded (in the package description above), including but not limited to, a processing fee of $25 per room per night double occupancy, telephone calls, internet, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes, purchases made at the Beaches Specialty Shops or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of the Winner. Travel companions must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Winner and travel companions are required to have all necessary travel documents.
