Sweepstakes Prize(s): One (1) Grand Prize: will choose one (1) of the following:
Music Experience
A trip for three (3) to New York City. The trip consists of round trip coach air transportation (for prize winner and two (2) guests) from major airport nearest prize winner’s place of residence (Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,200), hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (triple occupancy) (ARV $1,500) and ground transportation to and from the prize city airport and hotel. If the prize winner’s primary residence is within 100 miles of New York City, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation to the prize city. The total ARV of the “Music Experience” Grand Prize shall be adjusted accordingly. Prize winner and companions must travel under the same itinerary. If the prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the winner must accompany winner on the entire trip as a chaperone. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, tickets will not be replaced. The “Music Experience” Grand Prize also includes: a private session at a recording studio for winner and two (2) guests (ARV $1,000), a $500 gift card from a nationally-recognized issuer (ARV $500), dinner for prize winner and two (2) guests at a “trendy” NYC restaurant (ARV $300), and gift bags for prize winner and two (2) guests containing a selection of The Procter & Gamble Company’s products (ARV $225).

Acting Experience

The trip consists of round trip coach air transportation (for prize winner and two (2) guests) from major airport nearest prize winner’s place of residence (Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,200), hotel accommodations for three (3) nights (triple occupancy) (ARV $1,500) and ground transportation to and from the prize city airport and hotel. If the prize winner’s primary residence is within 100 miles of New York City or Los Angeles (as applicable), the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation to the prize city. The total ARV of the “Acting Experience” Grand Prize shall be adjusted accordingly. Prize winner and companions must travel under the same itinerary. If the prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the winner must accompany winner on the entire trip as a chaperone. One winner (and two guests) will get to choose between two unique experiences. If they’ve always wanted to be a songstress, they can select the opportunity for a private studio session in one of Manhattan’s elite recording studios. If they’ve got the passion for drama and acting, they can choose the opportunity for an exclusive walk on role in one of AlloyTV’s latest productions. Either way, the winner and two guests will get to celebrate their victory with a $500 dollar shopping spree and dinner at one of the trendiest restaurants in town. Plus they’ll all be leaving with some serious swag provided by Proctor & Gamble.
